Customers Perceptions of Staying at a Lifestyle hotel

The purpose of this research was to understand Chinese customers’ views on the lifestyle hotel industry. study objectives were a) investigate reasons people stay in hotels, b) what customers expect from and c) inspire managers improve their business model give a better experience. 115 respondents participated survey who had stayed at hotels. found that hotels because they provide welcoming environment offer plenty entertainment. Customers indicated would like more family activities enhance quality stay. It also need highly personalized services brand image, which turn increases uniqueness attracts customers.
